Harmony remote support now available for Beanfield TV!
If you own a Harmony remote, you can now configure it to work with your Beanfield set-top box. To get set up, please following the instructions below:
- Go to the Harmony application
- Select: Manufacturer: Beanfield, Device Model: 7410
- Click Add
- Enjoy!
Please note: you must have an Airties box to configure your Harmony remote. If you have a Flextronics box, we will exchange it at no cost. Your Airties box must also be version 1.0.22 or above to configure your Harmony remote. To check your software version, please follow the instructions below:
- Select Menu
- Go to Settings
- Click Software Update Check. It should indicate: Version 3.3.0.26.16 Release 1.0.22.
- If you are using a lower version, please update your software.
