Being the Chief Snuggle Officer of a growing telco, isn’t always an easy job, but it sure is rewarding!
As the most popular team member at Beanfield, our CSO, Beans, usually has a jampacked day ahead of him. Between greeting everyone with a wagging tail, long walks around Liberty Village and never-ending belly rubs, it can be a very exhausting and demanding role. Thankfully there are great perks to being CSO such as a “nap whenever and wherever you feel like” policy and an endless supply of office treats.
Sometimes Beans will even host visitors for the day, as Beanfield encourages our staff to bring in their beloved pups through our Take Your Dog to Work Day program. Studies have shown that having pets in the workplace can be very beneficial to employees and the business alike.
