We stand by Indigenous peoples and communities and recognize the past and ongoing injustices they face.
Canadian Residential Schools ripped children from their families in an attempt to strip them of their language and culture. Countless children have been lost and the generational trauma of that is something that many survivors, family members, and communities are re-living today.
As we empathize with the pain and loss felt by these communities, we must come together, educate ourselves, provide support and do better in the future.
In support of Indigenous Peoples we will be donating to The Indian Residential School Survivors Society – a non-profit organization dedicated to providing emotional and cultural support services.
